Nice place. I came here, having problems with my ankle, had a trauma while I was visiting Brazil and traveling from Rio to Uruguay. Doctors and other staff were fluent in english and helped me a lot. In a few days I had no pain and continued my journey. I don't recommend you to get trauma, but if you have, visit this place.
