This hotel is perfectly located in a very nice part of São Paulo. The staff is excellent. They make you feel right at home. The friendly security, doormen, front desk workers, and Rodrigo at the bar were amazing. The room was clean and very nice. This is the place to stay- close to great restaurants, shopping, and bars. It has a small but nice pool on the roof.

Staff speaks English. Breakfast very good. Servers at breakfast very polite. Rooms were clean and quiet. Assistance very prompt.

The ambiance of the Meliá Jardim Europa Hotel São Paulo, Brazil is professional, safe and very clean. The rooms are decorated nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very good with a nice variety of fresh, tasty items on the breakfast buffet. There is a great view of the city from the rooftop of the hotel. Nice gym and swimming pool. The staff is very professional. They took very good care of all of our needs and we could tell the staff takes pride and genuinely enjoy performing their jobs. Although, Portuguese is their first language, the staff at the front desk used very good English, although English is their second language. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood. There are also a number of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, there is a supermarket and drug store within walking distance of the hotel.

Do not go here. They charged us for using the bar. Clearly the bar was untouched and I even have it recorded. They charged us double. Rip off. You have been warned.

Atendimento deixa a desejar quando se trata de uma jovem chegando sozinha. Restaurante super confortável mas infelizmente os garços ficam meio perdidos e até erraram meu pedido.

Terrible service. The only thing that is good is the location. The bathrooms are small and dingy and they try to up-charge you for absolutely anything with no shame at all. You may have a different experience if you are a local, but this is NOT a 5 star hotel in rooms or service.

I am a frequent guest at the hotel. Arrived from NY at 945 and asked for an early check in to do my prayers. Room was ready and available but Fabricio the desk manager informed that I would have to pay half a day to check in before 11AM. I asked for a suggestion of a private place but no help there either. Had to pray outside.
That’s how the hotel treats their frequent guests.

We were in Sao Paulo and just completed our stay at The Melia Jardin Europa Hotel during our JW "Love Never Fails" International Convention 2019. This hotel was fantastic, great location, safe and easy access to restaurants, and shopping, and Uber. The hotel staff is Excellent, very friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our 7 night stay. The room was clean and we stayed on the Green Level, we loved it! Comfortable king size bed and good ammenities. Great city view. They served a fantastic breakfast, it was delicious, with many choices. Loved the coconut yoghurt, and fresh Brazilian coffee! Everything was prompt and they were attentive to detail! Hotel is beautiful, elegant, nice size and has a spectacular rooftop view! Highly recommend!

Experiência ótima no dia dos namorados neste hotel, já é a segunda vez que me hospedo e como da primeira vez fomos muito bem atendidos.

As suítes são ótimas, tudo impecável e limpo. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento. Tem de evoluir. Os funcionários parecem estar sobrecarregados, são ríspidos. Uma pena.

Estive no mês de março, hotel bem estruturado, bom atendimento, cozinha boa. A academia é pequena porém bem funcional. A localização é excelente, tem vários restaurantes bons na região. Recomendo.

Quartos amplos, ótimo atendimento. Muitas amenidades, localização fácil acesso. Pra quem tem criança pequenas, eles fazem vários mimos.

Room was just ok, but the bathroom was specially in a bad shape; very dirty, dated and rusty as you can see in the pictures.

Hotel com máximo conforto, limpeza e ótima localização. Atendimento impecável e eficiente. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe de eventos sempre muito educada, solícita e competente.

This has been an awful experience. None of the employees have any idea how to do their job. It takes each one to talk to several others to figure anything out. None of the experience has been seamless. The breakfast was below par. The only positive note in the summertime was air conditioned large rooms, though even water will cost you R$6.50.
