Nossa experiência com Where in Rio foi maravilhosa. Inicialmente escolhemos um apartamento que atendeu totalmente às nossas expectativas, mas alguns problemas inesperados surgiram e nos forneceram imediatamente uma acomodação ainda melhor com todas as comodidades e serviço de primeira classe até o último minuto. Os hosts são muito receptivos e rápidos em agir. Não posso delirar o suficiente. Se você está procurando a melhor equipe de hospedagem no Rio, não procure mais. Atenção aos detalhes, design e decoração modernos, unidades altamente funcionais, belas vistas, localização, etc.

Celine foi muito prestativa. Eu não falo português, então ela explicou tudo com cuidado e nos ajudou em todo o processo. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa experiência.

This is an amazing oasis in the middle of Rio’s beaches. I loved sunset vino in the jacuzzi and morning coffee on the terrace looking out over the ocean. The Airbnb staff were highly professional and attentive to every detail. They have a concierge service that will help with restaurants, sightseeing, and anything else you might need. Hands down this space beats any of the luxury hotel options at the same price point. I’ll definitely be back!

What can I say! The property was fantastic. What you see is what you get. They are very easy to work with and very understanding and accommodating. They help with booking of restaurants and tours, they also give you nearby supermarkets and restaurant recommendations. 10/10 recommended

I stayed at this place for 1 month, working from the apartment during my stay. The internet was working great, I never had any problems with it. The place offers enough space for up to 2 people and has everything one needs, even a washing machine. The best is the location: within a short walk you have tons of restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc. Ipanema beach is also very close, less than 5 min on foot. I found the apartment and the area around it to be very safe.
Overall, I am glad I stayed at this place and I would definitely recommend it. I would not hesitate to book this place again for my next visit to Rio

Já utilizei a Where in Rio diversas vezes e sempre recebi as melhores opções em termos de apartamentos. I am an American who purchased a home in Brazil with WhereInRio. It was a six month process because of my specifications but, WOW, the team at WhereInRio really took care of me and made me feel confident throughout the entire process! They managed to find me a modern apartment building in LEBLON for what I would say was a very great price. Modernity in Rio De Janeiro is a rare find but they made it happen.

Their team is a very well cultured group that spoke so many languages I often forgot I was doing business in a different country. They walked me through every step of the way from getting the correct documents (not their responsibility) — to even offering lawyers and architects to assist in the process! I now live in my apartment and they still help me with whatever I need.

Currently staying at a "WhereInRio" property and having a very bad experience. We signed a 6months contract and from first week have been pressured in to having people tour the flat. We have had 7 or 8 people look around in the first month and after saying some people can look round this week, we are expected to have 6 couples visit over the course of 4 hours. This is during a pandemic! I am over 40 and haven't had a vaccine. Its very distressing. It's of course expected that people will look round a property as youre leaving date approaches, but we have paid six months in advance and are only a little over a month in. I will update on my experience.

Brazil is a paradise but.a super bureaucratic country. It's almost impossible to do it alone.
