Ritz Copacabana Boutique Hotel

É o pior hotel em que ficamos!
Moradores de rua e ladrões dormindo na porta, os quartos são muito pequenos, as instalações são antigas, os elevadores fazem barulho, o pessoal é péssimo.
Viajamos com um bebê, precisávamos de água quente para as mamadeiras e não tinha como esquentar água, nem na cozinha principal e eles não tiveram iniciativa de nos ajudar.
Os banheiros dos quartos são abertos e emanam cheiro de esgoto por todo o ambiente.
O chão dos quartos é super sujo… não dá para andar sem sapatos porque seus pés estão pretos de toda sujeira.
VOCÊ NÃO PODE DORMIR PORQUE PODE OUVIR TODOS OS NOUS DA RUA!
É horrível desde o momento que você chega até o momento que você sai, não fique aqui.

Hotel pequeno, estilo boutique.
A uma quadra da praia de Copacabana, próximo à estação do metrô, vários restaurantes bem próximos.
O quarto é pequeno, com tudo que você precisa e limpo.
Pequeno-almoço muito rico, estilo buffet com múltiplas opções.
O terraço tem uma vista muito bonita, dá para ver a praia de Copacabana, o Pão de Açúcar.

Amei a piscina. Que vista. Me sinto estando no mar. O serviço de quarto excelente.
Me lembra um pouco a costa espanhola.

Gostei muito da localização, possui uma vista maravilhosa, local seguro, quartos, recepção e corredores limpos e climatizados, atendimento maravilhoso!

Lugar maravilho, aconchegante e muito receptivo. Tudo perfeito, fui tratado como um Lord rsrs, pena que férias dura pouco. Mais na próxima estarei lá novamente, valeu. Pessoal do Boutique Hotel vocês são demais super recomendo!

Das Hotel ist super in der zweiten reihe der Copacabana gelegen. Das Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und serviceorientiert. Die Zimmerreinigung ist vorbildlich und CLAUDIO im rooftop ist der perfekte Kellner, Barmixer und Entertainer. Der Check in ist schnell und die Mitarbeiter Rezeption sind stets bemüht hilfreich zur Seite zu stehen. Wir waren 16 Nächte in diesem Hotel und jeder Tag war ein Genuss! Ich werde wieder kommen. Hier ist der perfekte Start für alle Interessen in Rio.

The menu is limited on healthy options and breakfast was just ok

I went to go to breakfast and half the tables were dirty and it wasn’t even busy

The overall look of the hotel is modern and chic but too chic and not functional.

The worst sink design in the bathroom that ended up spraying water everywhere - same with the shower - poor design. Light is dark in the room.

For the price and knowing there are better options I wouldn’t suggest staying here - I’ve stayed at about 10 different hotels in copa and this is near the bottom of my list.

Antes mesmo de chegar ao hotel, todos que me comuniquei foram educados e simpáticos. É um hotel acolhedor e isso é fundamental!

Eu esperava mais do Hotel. Encontramos o banheiro com limbo, o restaurante é todo atrapalhado, pedimos algo e veio trocado, e foi informado que se confundiram, mas só tinha nossa mesa. A recepção sempre muito atenciosa.

Super Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal! Super Service und hilfsbereit. Zimmer schön groß und komfortabel. Einziges Manko die nicht schallisolierten Zimmer und kein KabelTV. Nur brasilianisches TV. Tolles Frühstück im 15 Stock tollem Blick auf den Zuckerhut. Kommen gerne wieder zurück

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Very clean hotel. All hotel employees observe COVID protocols and were very friendly and helpful. The room comes with breakfast and the dining hall overlooks the beach! The breakfast was great, fresh fruit juice daily, what more can one ask for. Splendid scenery. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, nail salon shop, tourist attraction booking agency, laundromat, a 24-hour eating place with amazing varieties and many more.

I would recommend this hotel, the location is wonderful, a block from the beach and nearby good food, laundromats, grocery stores, and anything else you'd need. It's clean and well kept and the staff is very polite and helpful. The terrace is pretty and has a great view. Breakfast is good and the housekeeping is very prompt and thorough. The basic room we had was small, but well priced. There overall footprint of the hotel is small and there aren't many rooms which keeps it quiet. We enjoyed our week stay.

Lugar sensacional, o café da manhã não tem taaaantas opções, mas atendeu super a gente.
Os funcionários são incríveis. O quarto é lindo e super limpo. A piscina é limpa.

Loved this qauint and beautiful hotel. Views from the rooftop are incredible. The rooms are clean and well designed. The lobby is tastefully elegant.

Probably the hardest, firmest mattresses in all of Brazil! If you enjoy sleeping on an ironing board then you’ll love it. Standard room is tiny.

Ritz Copacabana is wonderful place. I spent a lot of time in this amazing hotel.
I drank delicious cocktails and I was very well attended by the Barman. I wanna come back quickly. It's so cool.

Nice hotel, located a block away from the beach. Pool view is great, but the pool itself is pretty small. Bar service by the pool is very good (ask for Nelson). Rooms are very clean and up to date, but also a little small and on the darker side look wise.

- Staffs at the restaurant and swimming pool bar are very very friendly specially França and Nelson.
- The rooftop is a very nice place to stay. It is very well decorated and it has comfortable sofas and chairs to sit, appreciate the view and drink some cocktails.

Not good
- Swimming pool is little but still ok. The pictures that you see on the internet gives you the impression that it is bigger. As well it was not clean.
- Drinks and food at the hotel are expensive.
- Wifi signal is very bad, very slow and sometimes is not working.
- In the room one Nespresso capsule is R$ 8,00 which is crazy expensive from my point of view.
- Cable channels were not working, just the open channels.

Super bem localizado, do lado do metrô e uma praia da Praia de Copacabana.
O hotel oferece aluguel de bicicletas e carros. O Ritz Copacabana Hotel fica a 7 km do famoso Pão de Açúcar e a 350 metros da Estação de Metrô Cantagalo. O aeroporto mais próximo é o Aeroporto Santos Dumont, situado a 8 km de distância.

El hotel tiene un precio acorde al servicio que ofrece. Calidad, Organización, todo el personal se esmera en hacerte sentir como en tu casa, son muy atentos. Agradezco infinitamente la calidez y la eficiencia para resolver problemas de Úrsula. El afecto de Shirley y la dedicación de todos por hacerte sentir cómoda y por comprender mi portuñol. Todo esto junto con la ubicación, el desayuno y la limpieza hace una combinacion excelente que recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias por todo.

Great hotel!
Staff is friendly, location is awesome, 1 min walk to get to Copacabana beach.
Around the hotel, there are restaurants, stores, pharmacy, Domino's, Spoleto, etc.

The room was great! Cleaning service was great as well, very nice people always there to help in case you need something for your room.
Breakfast was good, could have more variety but it was good.
The main problem we found was that the internet was slow. We saw so many reviews and we may just have been there at an unlucky time, but some days we could barely access anything.
Maybe there was just too many people accessing the same router, idk. But I'd be great if they improved that!

Aside from that, everything was good!
