Premier Copacabana Hotel

Muito bom os equipamentos da academia do hotel. Os hóspedes puderam desfrutar de todos eles que estavam em bom funcionamento.

Bom apartamento, bom café da manhã, boa localizaçao, academia muito pequena com aparelhos velhos, piscina pequena tbm.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The owner of the hotel, mr Júlio Gonçales is extremely rude! He entered my hotel room without my permission while I was sleeping, I had to present me at the door, he brought security as well. I was naked só I had to get dressed at first. He treated my like a criminal. My girlfriend who was downstairs waiting for me without entry card was insulted by the owner and he would not let her inside the hotel! I immediately took all my stuff and went to another hotel. I paid to stay the night in Premier Copacabana Hotel, but nevertheless I can't accept these things and went to another hotel. When I returned the next day to do my check-out and talk to mister Gonçales, the staff told me that he, conveniently, was not there. I wanted to file an official complaint, but he is the owner of the hotel só it would not make any sense. Please avoid this hotel. The people working there were complaining to me as well about the behavior of this man! Go to other hotels, avoid Premier Copacabana Hotel at all costs!

Já fiquei muitas vezes no Premier. Eu gosto da localiza e do tamanho do quarto. Os banheiros precisam de reforma, o café da manhã eh bom. Mas não gosto das mesas apertadas e das cadeiras antigas. Está precisando de reforma também.
