Miramar Hotel by Windsor

Quem quer ficar aqui, é mais um hotel 3 estrelas. Semelhante ao Holiday Inn ou Best Western. Se você procura 5 estrelas, é melhor ir ao Fairmont. A localização também é melhor.

Excelente localização, funcionários educados e receptivos. Ótimo café da manhã com variedade, frutas da estação. Quartos e banheiros extremamente limpos e bem cuidados!
Recomendo e aprovo.

Fui com minha família passar alguns dias, hotel maravilhoso, impecável, não tenho nada a reclamar, super recomendo e concerteza voltarei outras vezes

Foi uma esperiencia incrível, pretendo ir novamente 24/12. Passa com a mulher o natal nesse lugar lindo.

Extremamente desapontado com este hotel, depois de ler os outros comentários, eu tinha grandes esperanças para a minha estadia no Rio, mas acabei ficando extremamente desapontado com este hotel.
Não recomendaria!

A localização em frente à praia de Copacabana, também pertinho de Ipanema a pé.
O serviço é excelente. Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Eles entendem perfeitamente o conceito de atendimento ao cliente.
Os quartos espaçosos e limpos. As camas confortáveis.
Talvez como sugestão pudessem colocar conectores usb, já que hoje em dia todos precisamos carregar celulares e a questão dos adaptadores nem sempre funciona bem.
Voltaria sem dúvidas!

With this being my first visit to Rio de Janeiro, I wanted to be close to where the hub of activities took place.
This hotel fit all our needs, minutes from both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Great access to the various local eateries and pubs.

Our room was clean and tidy with all one needed to enjoy the stay, except for ICE. That's why only 4 stars.yes I need my ICE

Hotel top da rede Windsor. Ótima localização, atendimento maravilhoso (destaque para Jairan e pessoal do restaurante), serviço de praia ótimo (água, salada de frutas), quartos enormes e completos, linda vista da Praia de Copacabana, e um café da manhã inigualável

What an amazing hotel experience. From being served champagne as you walk in, to the amazing staff service.everyone is friendly and the hotel is beautiful inside. One of the best hotels breakfasts I have had in south America. I would highly recommend the stay here. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible, you could spend all day there.they also offer towels, umbrellas and chairs to guests going to the beach along with fruit salad at lunchtime. We would stay there again when in Rio for sure.

Miramar Hotel made our Rio Carnaval 2019 a sensation: the friendly English-speaking concierge staff got us perfect tickets to the Samba school parade; the hotel location - across Av. Atlântica from Posto 5 - was ideal for participating in Copacabana Blocos and a short walk from Banda de Ipanema. The room was comfortable and clean; breakfast was rich. More, the hotel generously extended our stay till departure to the evening flight.

I have to say for a 4 stars hotel this is such a great hotel. It is right in front of Copacabana beach and a walk away from restaurants, supermarkets and good Japanese restaurant. Behind the block, there is a shop full of biscuits if you’d like to bring something Brazilian back home. Location, great!

Front desk is amazing for two reasons -
1.we had a stuff up booking by our tour to Petropolis and the front desk guy did the right thing by us: one, he called the company in Portuguese and explained the situation. Second, he quickly helped us to find private driver so that we could still go and it was one of our best day in Rio. I could not thank him enough for the quick thinking and the willingness to help. Speaking great English is a big plus.
2. We’re struggling with the adapter and haven’t charged our phone, we just checked in and it was late (we arrived from Iguaçu that day) - the same guy said to not worry and send the adapter to our room.

Breakfast: great! Plenty of choice of breads and freshly cooked omelette or crepes or eggs cooked to your liking.

I would definitely recommend this and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rio, no doubt.

Absolutely amazing view of Copacabana beach from the rooftop bar/swimming pool. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, fantastic location.

We stayed in a room with sea-view which was well worth it. Breakfast is plentiful and mostly good except for the coffee, which for any restaurant in Brazil, is nothing short of shameful.

We had dinner in the hotel one night and I would not recommend it. There are plenty of good restaurants along the beach within walking distance. Although my partner felt that the sommelier deserves a special mention.

We took a tour around the Tijuca forest and Botanical gardens offered by the concierge and enjoyed it immensely.

Would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel a million times over. The service is absolutely excellent from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, overlooking Copacobana Beach. The rooms are of 5-star quality and serviced twice a day. The view of the beach from my room was one of the best parts. The breakfast is scrumptious and fresh daily. Coffee is of the best quality you'll ever get. The rooftop is quite a site, with the most amazing pool and they have a steam room where you can relax. There's a gym, but I didn't care go in because I wanted to just have a holiday. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are organised for you. They also organise some great tours for us. Best service and attention to detail! The special touch was when the Butler surprised us with cake for my husband's birthday and we never told them. Thank you Miramar! We will be back soon

Ambiente fino e bonito. O almoço aos domingos é excelente. É buffet liberado de saladas, pratos quentes e sobremesas. A mesa de saladas é muito variada e caprichada. Os pratos quentes são muito variados e gostosos e a mesa de sobremesas também é nota 10. O espumante está incluído no preço e os garçons muito atenciosos completam sua taça toda hora, mas quem preferir refrigerante, é só pedir. Vale a pena conferir. Recomendo muito. O preço é condizente com a qualidade.

Estive hospedado a trabalho, o café da manhã maravilhoso, o quanto maravilhoso e o atendimento super bem, a única coisa que tenho uma crítica e a recepção que no ato do check in, deve passar todas as informações sobre as dependências do hotel, tipo que o restaurante fica próximo a recepção, que o hotel tem piscina, só esta crítica que a recepção tem que ficar mais atento a isto. Quero agradecer ao Mordomo João Victor Oliveira Mello, que soube que no dia 03 Março era meu aniversário, e fez uma super gentileza de colocar no meu quanto um bolinho que esta uma delicia, muito obrigado pela gentileza.
