Excellent shop with great variety of afro-brazilian catholic goods, one of the most complete ones in town. It seems more Umbanda than Candomble with strong presence of preto velho (old black man usually associated to freed former slaves), povo cigano (gypsy people), tranca rua (Street blocker). It offers from neckless pendants in silver to perfumes, estatues, candles, "santinhos" paper pictures of saints, fridge? Magnets, amazing "guias", orixas' neckless, body parts in candle for promisses of healing. The house is connected to Oxumaré but hosts all saints and "povo de rua" (street people). Up market prices in sculptures but flexible, it gives discount if in cash, accept credit cards, very easy access to tube and buses. Friendly and helpful staff.
