As instalações do hotel são de alto padrão, com academia bem equipada, a localização com fácil acesso à praias e a várias atrações turísticas. Equipe do hotel extremamente atenciosa e prestativa eu super recomendo.

Esse hotel me surpreendeu, pois tem tudo nele de qualidade que traz conforto e bem estar. Tudo Limpíssimo, muita sofisticação e comodidade. O café da manhã maravilhoso! Me senti realmente feliz em estar em um hotel assim.

Ótima recepção. Ótima infraestrutura. Gentileza, educação, mimos para com os hóspedes moderados. Poderiam ser bem melhores. Poderia melhorar um pouco na acústica das salas de reuniões/conferências devido ao eco causado pelo sistema de áudio que também não é lá grande coisa (já participei de reuniões em hotéis com status muito abaixo deste hotel que oferecem salas muito mais preparadas do que as encontradas no Hilton). Resumindo: Ótima opção para quem gosta de luxo e requinte, estar próximo de uma das melhores praias do mundo, no meio de uma das melhores cidades, e evitar quaisquer transtorno durante a sua estadia.:)

First time at this hotel. My experience at breakfast was pretty bad. I order an omelet that never came and nobody even say sorry or anything not even close to that. The woman that was at the station was extremely slow probably had no experience cooking whatsoever and she just said that she put the plate with the omelet right next to her on the table and somebody took it. That's it. End of story.
As well I saw the waiters offering coffee to the tables and fresh juice from a juicer. I ask one of the waiters because I saw that he was taking one glass of juice to a table and he told me to make it myself. That everything was right there. Didn't even ask if I wanted one or how. I have work for customer service for about 15 years and I know exactly what that means. Well that's what I understood in Portuguese because nobody there was speaking any english. Strange when its a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately for work maybe I will have to come back to this hotel. But next time for sure I'm going out for breakfast. Variety also is very poor.

Most of the stay was pleasant and location was ideal, but Unfortunately we had a major hickup on our third day. We understand it was a Sunday and 30th of December, so traffic and congestion is to be expected. But when we asked for our car to be released from valet, they did not inform us of the expected delay. We were told our car would arrive within 15 min but in fact took 2 complete hours! Imagine sitting in the lobby of a hotel with two children waiting for your rental for two hours! We only ask they would have told us to expect a delay so we could make other arrangements rather than wait for that long, missing our precious time in Rio!

The Hilton Rio De Janeiro Copacabana offers spectacular views from an outstanding location right on Copacabana/Leme Beach. This Hilton, (up until about a year ago) was the Atlantica Copacabana and is in need of a freshening up. The hotel is very well kept with what they have, but falls a bit short of what a 5-Star Hilton should be.

Nonetheless, I very much enjoy staying at this hotel. The bedding is large and comfy, the A/C can be frosty cold if desired, the room is dark for sleeping, and a larger refrigerator is stocked with drinks and provided in every room. In-room Coffee/Tea, a few snacks, and a hot water kettle are provided as well.

The room itself is adequately sized, but the desk chair and sitting chair are old and uncomfortable. The closets are very large with an ironing board and iron inside. The bathroom is very clean and tidy and is roomy enough with shower and the usual hotel bath amenities.

The reason to stay at this hotel is the location. The Copacabana/Leme beach out front and the scenery cannot be beat. The rooms all have fantastic views, except on the east side below the 10th floor or so, where you have a view of a concrete wall of the neighboring building.

There is a large pool on the 4th floor, but the smaller pool and bar on the top floor (39th) is closed as of 15NOV18 for construction. This is a shame because the view from up top is wonderful.

I have noticed several trendy new café’s opening on R. Gustavo Sampaio, the street right behind the hotel, replacing the some of the older and outdated counter-service restaurants. There is also a decent supermercado closeby on the same street.

Como fornecedor fui bem atendido por todos, pouquíssima burocracia e respeito desde a entrada até a execução do serviço.

Buen trato, cordialidad, muy buena comida. Pileta climatizada, sauna, hidromasaje. Servicio de playa: reposeras y toallas.

Hotel excelente. Ótimo atendimento, instalações e localização. Pena terraço estar em obras, pois a vista é deslumbrante.

Fou em um evento de educação no esterior que ocorreu no hotel. Estava cheio, mas bem organizado o único porém foi que o ar condicionado não estava dando vazão para a quantidade de pessoas. No geral muito bom.

Não visitei o hotel como hóspede, mas sim como participante de uma evento. O Hilton é muito elegante. As salas de conferências são enormes e os funcionários simpáticos e bem instruídos na hora de dar informações.

Fui ao Hilton para um evento profissional e todo o staff do hotel com que tive contato foram sempre educados e prestativos

Fui realizar um trabalho. Fui bem recebido, observei muita limpeza, organização. Cômodo grande, corredores bonitos, a fachada dispensada apresentações. Pra quem pode, recomendo sem medo.

Muito bonito, pessoas muito educadas. O ar condicionado de um dos andares, infelizmente, estava quebrado, tornando o ambiente muito abafado. Tínhamos pessoas de países frios, então algumas estavam passando mal com o calor.

Localização privilegiada com uma vista fantástica. Fácil acesso tanto de metrô quanto de carro. O lobby é luxuoso e no meu caso participei de um evento profissional portanto não posso falar dos quartos. O salão do evento era bem espaçoso e toda a estrutura funcionou bem. A alimentação também é muito bem feita.

O hotel é muito bonito, por dentro e por fora, além de ser bem em frente à praia de Copacabana. Participei de uma feira de exposições e tanto os funcionários da feira quanto do hotel foram super atenciosos!
