Restaurante com uma vista linda! O atendimento foi muito bom e a comida é ótima! Para quem for ao Rio vale a experiência.

Pela "fama" fomos esperando um ótimo atendimento é uma comida maravilhosa.
O atendimento deixou a desejar. Fiz reserva e solicitei uma mesa na parte externa às 20hs. Estava lá pontualmente e diferente do que me garantiram por telefone, não havia mesa disponível.
Nos acomodamos em uma mesa praticamente por conta própria e insistimos inúmeras vezes para nós trocarem de mesa. Desistimos.
A comida é saborosa, mas não surpreende.
Uma pena.
Ah, os motoristas de Uber, 99, e outros não sobem lá em cima na volta. É praticamente impossível conseguir transporte via App.

After so many people recommended Aprazivel, we were really looking forward to it. However, the restaurant failed to live up to expectations on every front:

- Service was painfully slow and very unfriendly. It took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us after we sat down and another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. The starters arrived about 40 minutes after we first sat down, and it took 20 minutes for the mains to arrive after the starters were cleared. Dessert was equally slow. At no point did anyone offer for us to see the wine list or ask if we needed anything. If we wanted more water, we had to flag someone down and ask for it.

- We had to ask for the bill three times. When I caught the manager’s attention to see if he would do something, he looked in our direction and acknowledged me but then took another five minutes to come over. When he asked if everything was ok, I told him I had asked for the bill three times and was still waiting. He didn’t apologise or offer to do anything about it. He simply turned and walked away.

- The waiter couldn’t answer even the most basic questions about what was in the dishes, so we were left guessing as to what to order. It wasn’t simply a matter of an English language barrier. He didn’t know when I asked him in my basic Portuguese either.

- The portions were small, and the food was nothing special. We had much better food in four other restaurants for dinner in Rio, and value for money was much better everywhere else that we ate.

- The views were good but only available from a few tables! The odds are definitely against anyone getting one of those. Definitely shouldn't be the reason for going there.

- Getting a taxi to leave was a nightmare. The restaurant is in Santa Teresa, which is not a safe area in Rio. Our guides and our hotel concierge all told us that we should only use local taxis (not Uber) to go to and from the restaurant because there is only one safe route in and out at night. Uber drivers follow GPS rather than the safe route, and we were told in no uncertain terms that we shouldn’t use Uber for the trip. Our concierge said the restaurant would be able to arrange a taxi for our departure. However, when we asked the restaurant to call a taxi, they said they couldn’t get through to anyone and that we should just order an Uber. When we told them we were not comfortable taking Uber, they said it wasn’t their problem, they weren’t a taxi company and that we needed to figure things out for ourselves. Whilst I completely understand that they are not a taxi company, if you are going to operate a restaurant in a dangerous part of town then you cannot simply wash your hands of your guests when they’ve paid the bill and are ready to go. And you certainly shouldn’t be rude and dismissive to them.

So, all in all it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t go back for the food, and I certainly wouldn’t go back for the service. Terrible in all respects.

SHAME ON THEM FOR SERIOUSLY ENDANGERING THE LIVES OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Ótimo ambiente, atedimento e cardápio. A vista com certeza é um dos melhores atrativos do restaurante. O único problema são os preços que tornam as visitas ao local limitadas para quem não dispõe de tanto recurso.

Caro, comida poça e no alto da favela em Santa Tereza, eu não recomendo lugar perigoso, ruas cheias de trilhos de bonde bom p cortar peneu se tiver chovendo é ruim até p chegar lá fui e não volto e não recomendo.

Um pouco tumultuada, pois o restaurante não tinha conhecimento de um evento de grandes proporções, "El dia de los muertos", ocorrido no Parque das Ruínas, que fica em sua proximidade, e não se preparou para o evento.

Péssima Experiência. Fizemos uma reserva para uma ocasião especial e chegando lá não havia mesa, nos prometeram uma que estava sendo finalizada e depois de uma espera de 40 minutos colocaram outras pessoas na nossa frente. Não acabou por aí. Disponibilizaram uma outra mesa na chuva e depois dentro do salão com uma orientação péssima. Depois disso, pedimos a conta sem consumir praticamente nada (mesmo assim deu R$ 150,00) e fomos almoçar em outro restaurante. Total descaso dos funcionários e gerente do local.

Brazilian fusion restaurant by the hillside of Santa Teresa. Great place for a romantic dinner with night or day views of Rio. Food and caipirinha were excellent. Prices are at fine dining level but worth it for the ambience, food and views.

Estive no Aprazível no último sábado (17/11), chegamos por volta das 15: 30, sentamos numa mesa que a princípio seria apenas para aguardar vagar outra mais confortável. Vi outras mesas vagando, mas em nenhum momento nos chamaram. A comida da minha foi pedida assim que chegamos e demorou uns 50 minutos para chegar. Achei tudo muito demorado. Além de ter um casal ao nosso lado se agarrado, casal de uns 40 anos, achei muito feio. Um lugar familiar e eles se agarrando. O lugar é belíssimo, vista linda, mas nossa primeira visita não nos trouxe boas recordações.

Lindo restaurante localizado em Santa Tereza com um ambiente muito acolhedor. Os pratos são deliciosos, utilizando muitos elementos da culinária típica brasileira. Os drinques são deliciosos. Recomendo a cerveja artesanal da casa. Excelente atendimento e lindas vista para a cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Recomendo ligar para obter as orientações mais adequadas de como chegar ao local.

Meu restaurante preferido do RJ! Lugar fantástico, com um excelente atendimento e pratos assim como carta de vinhos incríveis! (Apenas uma ressalva, deveria ter alguns vinhos da RAR de Campos de Cima da Serra na carta)

Os pratoa sao muito bem decoradoa, lugar bonito. Mas a comida está LONGE de ser deliciosa. É boa, mas não deliciosa. A quantidade de comida também deixa a desejar. Os garçons sao bem treinados, explicam tudo muito bem. Mas os preços realmente são exorbitantes tendo em vista a comida. Tem bastante pra melhorar.

What an experience! By far the best restaurant I dined at while visiting Rio. The food unbelievable and so tasty. The view and ambience was amazing as well. Felt like we were dining in a tree house. Would recommend when in Rio.
