Atendimento fantástico, lembro alguns anos em Copacabana, olhando alguns relógios ao lado do "Copacabana Palace", minha esposa se encantou com uma pedra, quando saímos o gerente, ofereceu de forma gratuita a mesma, em nome da SAUER. São zelo ao cliente que os anos não apagam e promessa de nova compra. Obrigado!

I went to this location during a recent trip to Rio. The jewelry is amazing and they have a beautiful collection of stones (especially those that are exclusively from Brazil). I purchased a white gold ring with various stones and an especially beautiful rubinite ring with a diamond halo. Within two weeks of returning home, one of the diamonds on my rubinite ring fell off. After weeks of reaching out to this location on how to get it repaired or fixed with no answer - I went to a local repair shop to get it fixed (lucky I live in NYC where jewelry repair and diamond purchases are abundant). Definitely go check out their selection, but be very wary of purchasing.
