Apartamento pequeno porém muito bem localizado. Vista maravilhosa mas o barzinho em frente "Ilha dos Navegantes" faz um barulho horrível. Fiquei no 16º andar e pra dormir dava trabalho mesmo com janelas fechadas.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - HORRIBLE - Many deficiencies that they won't even repair ; 2 unreliable elevators that have been that way for 6 years, floor display where you are going doesn't even work, push buttons don't even light up. One was totally out then the other one broke the same day. Was without an elevator all day and had to climb 10 floors of stairs to get home. Want to spend a day stuck in an elevator? This is the place for you. PLUS a central gas system that does not allow sufficient gas to the stove for cooking. Tiny flame. Sat down on the toilet the first time and it broke loose from the floor because the bolts were solid rust. WORST water I have ever seen, you can't even clean your self because the water is so hard, soap has no effect, water full of sediment, lime and calcium, sulphur, tastes horrible too.
AND last but no least.directly next door to the south, there is a high rise under construction. LOTS of hammeriing, banging, grinding and construction noise ALL DAY.
Management does nothing when you complain about problems. From the looks of things, the association is broke and can't afford to fix anything. Was at one time a nice place but has so deteriorated today.
Then you have arrogant snobs who play their music at full blast with their doors open so everyone has to listen.
ONLY nice thing about the place was the maids who clean your apto on a daily basis if you want it. They were super nice and friendly and did a great job. OTHERWISE, FORGET THIS PLACE! A DISASTER
