Foi excelente! O apto é super aconchegante! Instalações novas. Localização ótima! Supermercado, restaurante e barracas de praia bem próximos. A praia é bem pertinho. Super recomendo! O anfitrião é muito atencioso e solicito. Nota 10.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. It is located just 1 minute from the ocean, which was very convenient. The cafe with super tasty dishes is also just 1 minute from it. The communication with Andreas was smooth and pleasant, he is always near the building and online, so any issue you want to solve, he is always near. I'm really grateful for the vacation in this apartment.

Though I'm not a kite-surfer, this place was awesome. It is in the midst of a kite-surfing school / beach bar with a modern chill vibe. You will feel secure with gated access, though I already felt very safe with the surroundings. The unit I stayed in on the top floor had an amazing view, modern kitchen, a/c, internet, internet tv. Everthing was exactly as advertised. Really good value.

Excelente localização bem pé na areia ao lado de barracas de praia e point para velejar de kite. Apartamento muito bonito, limpo e organizado. Vista maravilhosa no 3o andar. Foram dias leves e maravilhosos curtindo o Cumbuco neste apartamento! Espero voltar em breve.

Nice place if you love kite surf or just slack life. Andreas is a great host helping out with all bits, pieces and touring neighbourhood. Will come back!

This place is at a perfect location, on the beach, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars, restaurants and shops. There is a great balcony for relaxing and watching the beach activities. Comfortable beds and nice hot water in the shower. Very tasteful decoration and a huge plus for the work desks in every room if you plan to do some work while you are there as well (Internet connection also great). Will absolutely stay there again when we are back in BR.

I stayed in Alegria Do Mar 303

The apartment was great, its brand new, clean, nicely minimalistically decorated with nice materials. I loved the balcony with the corner sofa, a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee with panoramic views of the ocean. Same views can be enjoyed from the bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen was functional and well equiped.

I particularlly liked the hot shower, warm water washing machine (rare in Brazil), the fine selection of wine and beer in the fridge and the hammock to chill in. 
Additionally, Andreas provided me with useful information of the best restaurants, kite schools, yoga places, gyms, açaí place, etc.

Andreas really made an effort to be, the best host possible!

I will definately stay here next time.

Perfect location for me and my wife right by beach and close to everything. Can warmly recommend it and Andreas is the perfect guide to everything there!

I only spent one day here but: The location is excellent, the interior much more practical than usually found in Brazilian hotels and a very warm welcoming makes me want to return sooner than later

One of the best place to stay in Cumbuco even if you don't do kitesurfing. Cozy place, fully equipped kitchen, close to kitespot and best beach bar, fast internet and amazing view from balcony and roof
