Há um conjunto acabamentos q poderiam ser melhores. O zelo dos funcionários no trato com os clientes foi o ponto alto.

Hotel butique inaugurado em 2017 na praia de Itapuã. Amplo quintal com piscina infinity e bar com vista panorâmica da praia e da cidade no fundo. Lindo pôr do sol. Estacionamento privativo e restaurante RED. Apenas 44 apartamentos garantem um atendimento personalizado. Farol de Itapuã e Praça de Ciro apenas a 500m de distância. Recomendo!

Excelente hotel boutique! Conforto na medida certa para um hotel na praia, hospitalidade sem frescuras, quartos bem decorados com as regalias de um hotel 4 estrelas. Café da manhã bem preparado com diversidade. Muito bom mesmo!

Ainda não tive a oportunidade de estar no hotel para laser, vou sempre buscar minha filha q trabalha no mesmo. Mas, qd tiver oportunidade, com certeza ficarei uns dias. Obg.

Hermosa playa, tranquila y aguas cálidas. Con mesas y sombrillas para comer algo, más prolijo que en otras playas que visité.

Decepcionante, recepção despreparada, televisão sem funcionar, telefone do quarto sem funcionar, apartamento com baixa manutenção, porta do quarto suja. Enfim, não recomendo.

Bom atendimento e comida saborosa. Café da manhã simples porém bom.
O ruim, não tem copo no quarto, então resolvi pedir no restaurante. Recebi 2 copos cada um pior que o outro, os copos já deviam ter ido pro lixo há muito tempo. Uma vergonha para um hotel desse porte.

Pé na areia, piscina deliciosa, pousada aconchegante. Simplesmente deliciosa. O restaurante é bom, mas não tem muitas opções. Mas tudo que oferece é gostoso. Um local para desligar e ficar tranquilamente entre a praia e a piscina.

Ambiente lindo e aconchegante lembra mais uma pousada que um Hotel, nos sentimos muito bem e a vontade por aqui.
As instalações são muito limpas e confortáveis, tudo funciona direitinho (inclusive o Wifi).
O café da manhã é delicioso e farto, é servido um suco de tamarindo maravilhoso.
Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e prestativos, quase todos falam mais que um idioma.
A piscina é muito boa acho que pelo calor do local a água é sempre morna.
Vale a pena conferir se for para Itapuã.

Estrutura muito boa, lugar lindo mas suíte master muito suja, paredes riscadas, muita poeira em cima dos moveis dos quartos, poltronas externa muito sujas com marcas de cocô de passarinho e o ar condicionado que parecia que nunca ia gelar, pra quem pagou quase R$ 500,00 o hotel deixou muito a desejar!

Então fiquei 08 dias no hotel! Amei tudo! Atendimento excelente! Confortável! Fácil acesso a tudo em Salvador! Super indico! Nota 10!

Praia tranquila, apropriada para família com crianças, tem lugar para alugar caiaque, 20,00 por 30 min. O ponto negativo é que a praia tem muitas algas.

Worst hotel-experience in my entire life. Please don't book this hotel.
I'm gonna try to summarize our experience. While you read this, please keep in mind that we paid more than €100 per night!
About the hotel: they say it is a 4 stars, but it's incorrect. The infrastructure might be a 4 stars, but the service is 2 stars. They don't even help you to carry the luggage until the room. The WiFi was super slow. The towels and bed linens were old and broken. Next to the pool there are 2 bathrooms and 2 sinks, one was broken.
They also say they offer excursions and airport transfer. When we asked, their answer was: because of carnaval we are not offering excursions and about the transfer you should take an Uber, it will be cheaper.
About the rooms: we booked the 'superior standard room with garden view', when we arrived we got a room next to the trash and with garage view. Their answer was: 'we don't have a superior room, it's just the name'. The room is ok, But the pipes from the bathroom smell bad.
Location: The hotel is located in Itapúa and the area is not nice at all, it doesn't worth to spend one minute there, believe me, we were 4 days there and it was a total waist of money and time. The area where the hotel is, it's horrible and dangerous. To go a restaurant you have to take an Uber because it's too risky to walk there, and I'm not saying this because I was afraid, the personal from the hotel recommend to the guests to take Uber to go anywhere. It's like being in prison.
Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a private access to the beach even though they say it and that they offer umbrellas and chairs for the beach; that's all lies. The hotel is in front of the Fishing area, so there, you will only get bad smell, seaweeds and dead fish. If you want to enjoy the beach you have to take an Uber or, you can walk like 15min, but it's risky. A couple of weeks ago (February 2019) an argentinian man was murdered in that area (next to the lighthouse) while he was walking with his family.
Security: as I said the hotel is surrounded by favelas so they have 24h. Security. This didn't stop a drunk guy to enter the hotel and bother us while we were sitting at the restaurant. No one did anything to help us.
Service hotel: The hotel has the worst service I have ever seen. The employees work between 12/15 hours per day, so you can imagine how much energy and motivation they have. They have to prepare the breakfast, cook, clean, work at the bar but everything they do, they do it slow and without any effort to please you or make you feel welcome.
Around the swimming pool you can see the left overs, trash, plates, old beers and they just don't clean it. One night we were watching TV and one of the receptionist enter into our room without knocking the door, calling us or anything. It was totally inappropriate. Wanna know the best part? For every meal, they charge 10% service fee.
Another fun fact is that they claim to speak several languages, That's all lies. They only speak Portuguese.
About the restaurant: it's written that the restaurant is open until 10pm. But the first night we wanted to have dinner; it was already close at 9.30pm.
One night we ate at the restaurant from the hotel and we had to wait more than one hour our meal even though there were only 4 tables occupied. The quality of the food is average but expensive. Because you are trapped in the hotel many times we had to eat at the restaurant, once, we ordered the cheese burger. The Mc. Donald's cheapest burger is bigger. Another time we ordered a sandwich; the bread was so old, I couldn't eat it.
I could go on forever with this review, but I think you got the point. Please don't book this hotel and if possible, don't go to Itapúa, doesn't worth the money and time. If you want beach in Salvador, I recommend you Praia do Forte or Morro do São Paolo.
On the pictures I posted you can read all the services the claim to have, it's all a huge lie, believe me.

Piscina muito boa, acomodações também, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Cama e travesseiros bem confortáveis, banheiro amplo, com uma área de ducha espaçosa, varanda do primeiro andar bem privativa, só o restaurante que não é tão bom, apesar do café da manhã ser excelente, além dos pratos no restaurante serem super caros, a comida não faz jus ao preço. Mas tem alguns lugares próximos ao hotel que é possível comer por um preço melhor. No geral, recomendo o hotel, por conta das suas acomodaçoes e do seu atendimento. Staff muito prestativo e atencioso
